
All these courses run from 10am until 3.30pm and include: meet and greet with a coffee, all your own bread making, a light lunch and baking session.
Each course caters for 4 people. This allows for individual attention, oven space to bake and a friendly informal atmosphere.
A flying start! Learn all the basic skills to troubleshoot future bread making. This is a hands-on workshop to make heaps of bread dough, shaping and baking. Bring a basket to take home all the baked goodies.
Centre piece breads baked to impress. This course uses one breaddough and is all about the added ingredients and shaping technique.
Tailor made – this is the course for you, if you have reached a certain standard, have a passion for bread and wish to progress. We tackle the bread recipes you wish to cover and includes Croissants and Pain au chocolate.
