Teresa Bovey is a professional home economist based in Nottingham. Every year she brings her enthusiasm for healthy, well-cooked food to hundreds of people across the Midlands area through her cookery demonstrations, recipe development and educational work.

Cookery demonstrations

Teresa offers three different cookery demonstration programmes to suit all tastes and all budgets. Follow the links below for full details and dates for each programme.

• Her Cookery Demonstrations with Lunch are private, yet relaxed, occasions for groups of 8-12 people, held at Teresa’s home in Thurgarton, Nottinghamshire. 
• Teresa has teamed up with Manor Farm Tea Shoppe in the nearby village of Bleasby to help run Cookery & Lifestyle events. 
• Teresa gives cookery demonstrations and works as home economist to celebrity chefs at food and drink festivals across the Midlands.

Recipe development and food writing

An experienced recipe developer, Teresa has worked with household names including Whirlpool, Denby and Sainsburys. She has written several recipe books and also writes for food magazines. Her many areas of expertise include microwave and combination cookery, healthy eating and quick and easy everyday cuisine.
